Wow! Condo's really coming along now.

Welcome to 411 Meadow Lane.

Got my soaker tub installed!

I’ll be using the guest bathroom.

Water lines are in for the toilet and sink.

Pocket door frame is in. This looks into the guest bedroom and bath.

Only the left panel will be there for mounting the TV in the bedroom. They’re taking the right one out cuz it’s only a 32".

Plumbing for the sinks in the master bathroom.

Copper pipe going in for walk-in shower.

We’ve got siding on the west (back) side. Vent for our gas fireplace and outside spigot.

Electrical for vented range hood.

Plumbing for outside spigot on north side of kitchen.

Pocket door between kitchen and laundry room.

Laundry room plumbing.

Utility room pipes in basement.

Next door neighbor got sheetrock yesterday.

We're wired! And our house sold today!

Here is the soffit under the roof of the patio.

Electrical wiring goes into the main box in the garage.

Here's the wiring to Carl’s flagpole out front.

Putting the wiring through the studs to the electrical outlets in the garage.

These “can” lights are in the den. Same are in the kitchen.

The plumber started on the pipes today.

Our next door neighbor got insulation and sheetrock today.

Here’s and old coffee table that I’ll turn into a bench for the foyer.

I got gray vinyl for the bench seat and upholstery batting.

We had an showing yesterday of our old house and an offer was made today. Yeah! October 1st is moving day!

Condo interior coming together! Shingles done.

The trusses go up and the roof goes on.

 Shingling started on the roof.

 Patio doors are in.

The paper on the floor shows where the dining room table goes
so they can put the chandelier right above it.

 Master bedroom is huge!

The corner fireplace is in the living room. Builder Frank Hanig on left.

Patio and the roof are shingled.

Half wall in the den by stairway leading to the basement.

Susan’s craft studio in the basement has an egress window and lots of light.

Bentley Oregano Basil and Parsley Seeds

I planted the seeds in pots on the patio because we will be moving in October. Unfortunately, the squirrels dug into the dirt to hide their nuts, and none of the seeds germinated.

Maybe the packaging should warn gardeners that seeds should be protected from rodents prior to germination. I tried putting nylon netting over the pots, but it was too late.

More roof done

The roof sheeting is going on. Next week we will have a walk-through with the builder, realtor, electrician, and cabinetmaker to make sure everything goes where we want it.

Below Carl paints the storm cellar light gray to cover the water stains. The paint has an anti-microbial agent to seal the water stains.
